SPAM_arq is an independent, not-for-profit journal, published in Santiago de Chile and designed as a tool for the critical analysis of the new spatial relationships that are being generated and their encounters with the social and political changes of the contemporary city.

SPAM_arq defines itself as following an experimental path, with no precise destination, observing, as a process of experimentation, the movement of the city, its services, contacts and activities. SPAM_arq seeks to foster an open discussion forum, without seeking to represent or construct an institutional policy.

SPAM_arq is produced from the free contributions of a group of participants from Chile and abroad. SPAM_arq is a publication that is committed to multiple and diverse ways of looking at the conditions that shape the contemporary city.
